Welcome to a new column! Each week at X-Press we’ll give you the freshest album release news, as well as all the important local, national and international artists dropping albums that you’ll want to know about.
This week we’re particularly excited about the announcement of a new Neko Case record proper, with Hell-On set to be released on June 1. To get us warmed up for it, Case has dropped the title track; listen to it below.
Also high on our radar is Tame Impala and Pond member GUM‘s latest effort The Underdog, set for release next Friday, April 6, with stunning singles The Blue Marble, S.I.A and the title track having already been released.
If that’s too long to wait, this week there’s big releases from Mount Eerie, Frankie Cosmos and The Strokes frontman Julian Casablancas’ side project The Voidz dropping.
