The Jungle Giants release new single ‘Trippin Up,’ national tour dates

Australian indie rockers The Jungle Giants have announced a new single Trippin Up – the first single from their upcoming fifth full-length record. Alongside the new track comes news of a huge run of Australian and New Zealand tour dates, including a Western Australian show at Metropolis Fremantle on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Blending electropop and indie-rock, Trippin Up peels back the first layer of what fans can expect from Jungle Giants’ next body of work.

“So pumped to be releasing Trippin Up!” said lead singer Sam Hales. “It all began with a dive into some aspects of electronic drum production that were so fun to experiment with. Can’t wait to see that drop live baby.”

The video for Trippin Up premieres at 6am WA time on Friday, March 10, with the band set to host a special Q&A 15 minutes prior to its release here.

Following the release of their 2021 #1 ARIA Chart-topping fourth album Love Signs, Jungle Giants have headlined festivals and sold out tour dates across the world. So far in 2023, The Jungle Giants have performed at Laneway Festival across Australia, as well as Florida’s Okeechobee Festival and M3F in Arizona. This week they kicked off a run of headline shows in Mexico before they head back home for the Trippin Up Australia and New Zealand tour run in May and June, with special guests The Lazy Eyes and AROHA lined up to support.

The Jungle Giants’ new single Trippin Up is out Friday, March 10, 2023. The Jungle Giants’ national tour hits Metropolis Fremantle on Saturday, May 27. For more info and to buy tickets, head to thejunglegiants.com
