Hey So Hungry
Set Times: 2:25 pm – 3:10 pm

Hey So Hungry are a group of four 15-year-olds who became friends in high school and formed a fresh sounding, indie rock band in Perth. They have already played numerous shows around Perth and have opened for the likes of South Summit and DICE! With an upbeat and rocky sound plus a brand new single Lost Contacts along with an upcoming EP, this band is not one to miss.

Blue Honey
Set Times: 3:30 pm – 4:10 pm

Based in Boorloo/Perth, Blue Honey is a femme-five piece made up of Iris Grey (Vocals/Guitar), Sarah Curran (Vocals/Guitar), Chloe Diener (Vocals/Synth), Isla Barlow (Drums) and Isabella Cotter (Bass). Their sound is built around moody guitar riffs, dreamy synths and emotive storytelling.

Anesu
Set Times: 4:30 pm – 5:10 pm

Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Perth, Anesu is a multi WAM-nominated hip-hop artist and activist that draws inspiration from both those worlds. Performing with a live band, Anesu uses thoughtful storytelling to explore themes of queer and cultural identity. With recent track Melanin nominated for Best Single at WAM, and an explosive performance at this year’s BIGSOUND showcase, the 24-year-old is one of the top 20 artists to watch in Australia for 2023.

DJ Curlisu
Set Times: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Meg (Curlisu) first found her love for music and dance in Eora before heading to Boorloo. Through fusing different genres, Meg’s passion lies in the intertwined relationship between movement and music. Highlights include playing for events such as Club Jewelz, Ndawonye, Common Ground and Grit, as well as co-founding movement and event collective TriplOcate DMC.
