Men at Work are doing Business as Usual down under

Melbourne rock band Men at Work have announced that they are touring across Australia. The shows will start in Sydney, continuing in Canberra and Melbourne before finishing at Fremantle Prison on Thursday, November 12.

The tour is in celebration of Men at Work’s debut studio record, Business as Usual, which, when released in 1981, defined an era when Australian rock music started to make a worldwide impact. The record spent 15 weeks at number one on the US Billboard 200, five weeks at number one on the UK Albums Chart, and featured hit songs Down Under, Who Can It Be Now?, Be Good Johnny and more.

The record kickstarted a successful career which saw the band win numerous awards, such as Best Debut Album, Best Debut Single, Best New Talent, a Grammy Award for Best New Artist, as well as being an ARIA Hall of Fame Inductee.

The new headline shows come in addition to Men At Work’s previously announced performances at Red Hot Summer Tour alongside fellow Aussie rock legends Australian Crawl.
