Landing in inboxes this week was news that Rob Hirst and Sean Sennett have issued a single, When Darkness Comes, a nicely rockin’ preview of what’s to come from their first album together, Crashing The Same Car Twice. Hirst, of course, is best-known as the drummer for Midnight Oil but has also had success with The Ghostwriters and The Break. Long-time musician, Sennett is the former editor of Brisbane’s Time Off magazine and is now back to focussing on music. The album is released via Sony on Friday, September 18. No word as yet in regards to live shows.
