Dugite slither into Scarborough with second single Whatever They Say

Local alt-rock band Dugite are set to unveil their second single, Whatever They Say, this week.

The five-piece will celebrate the release with a launch show at El Grotto in Scarborough on Friday, October 17, with special support from About Yesterday, Platypus and Sandbroker.

The new track follows on from Dugite’s debut single, Blue & Black, which they launched earlier this year at the Indian Ocean Hotel.

This second release marks a fast start for the Perth-based band, who emerged in 2024, fusing a classic WA edge with a 90s and 2000s alt-rock and art-rock sound.
