Drum ‘n’ Bass innovators Pendulum announce Perth homecoming show

ARIA award-winning Perth originals, Pendulum, will bring their electrifying live show back home this summer, hitting the Ice Cream Factory on Sunday, March 8. The Perth show comes in addition to previously announced dates in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

The drum and bass innovators are on tour celebrating the release of their first new full-length album in 15 years, Inertia. Produced by Rob Swire and Owen Charles, the 16-track ’emotional maelstrom’ was released in August 2025 and features collaborations with Bullet For My Valentine, Wargasm, Joey Valance and Brae.

“It’s the sound of Pendulum finding themselves again, and me figuring myself out to a certain extent,” said Rob Swire on the new album. “I can’t wait to get back on tour. I know people always say this in interviews, but this time it feels different.”

Formed in 2002 by Rob Swire, Gareth McGrillen and Paul “El Hornet” Harding, Pendulum are one of Australia’s most successful musical exports, with three platinum albums and over a million copies sold in the UK alone.

Pendulum play at the Ice Cream Factory on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Tickets are on sale now from eventbrite.com.au
