Didn’t get enough of animals and activities at the Perth Royal Show? Make sure you and the family head down to the Canning Showgrounds over the first week of November. Every year, the Canning Agricultural Horticultural & Recreational Society throws an awesome family weekend, and this year there’s a couple of fun twists. Festivities kick off on Friday, October 31, featuring a Creepy Carnival and a fireworks show at 9pm. Agricultural events begin on Saturday, November 1, with a special family farm focus and concluding with a performance from Melbourne Lady Gaga tribute act, Gaga Magic. Show Days are packed with roaming entertainment, 16 hours’ worth of stage shows each day, and the usual rides, sideshows, and showbags.
