Bernard Fanning brings twenty years of Tea & Sympathy to Perth

Former Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning has announced his national Tea & Sympathy 20th Anniversary Tour, hitting Kings Park and Botanic Garden on Sunday, March 1, 2026.

Joining Fanning onstage will be special guests Sam Cromack (Ball Park Music) and Georgia Mooney (All Our Exes Live in Texas), while WA singer-songwriter Bob Evans will also be joining the lineup for the Perth show.

Fanning’s tour follows his sold-out one-night anniversary show at QPAC in Brisbane last week, where he performed his debut album, Tea & Sympathy, in full for the first time in twenty years.

Fanning recently sold out shows for his upcoming Tea & Sympathy 20th Anniversary Tour in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Thirroul and Melbourne, adding extra shows in Sunshine Coast, Sydney and Melbourne.

Released in 2005, Tea & Sympathy debuted at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart on release and collected three ARIA Awards, including the prestigious Album of the Year, and garnered Fanning the APRA Songwriter of the Year Award in 2006. The record featured tracks like Wish You Well, which topped the triple j Hottest 100 in 2005, as well as Songbird, Watch Over Me and Thrill is Gone.
