Wednesday, January 18, 2017 saw the horrific loss of the family home of Joni Hogan (Joni In The Moon) and Toby Mack from a violent house fire. Thankfully no one was injured in the blaze but the young family lost almost all of their possessions.
Close friends quickly came to their aid and launched a Gofundme campaign to help them get back on their feet.
To go one step further, Badlands Bar and members of the local music community (“Good Buddies”) have banded together to host a fundraiser concert entitled ‘Rebuilding Love’ this Friday, February 3 at Badlands Bar with all proceeds going to Joni and Toby.
The concert will feature live performances from Usurper of Modern Medicine, The Weapon is Sound, Peter Bibby, Mei Saraswati, The Last Fair Deal, She Leaves the Mountain with more acts yet to be announced.
