After achieving record-breaking crowds in 2019, the Livelighter Canning Show is set to return bigger and better than ever in 2020. The not-for-profit organisation, Canning Agricultural, Horticultural & Recreational Society (aka CAHRS), has spent lockdown and beyond working hard to further elevate the magic of the show, and they’re pleased to announce a program for the ages running from Friday, November 6 to Saturday, November 7.
With new plans in place to achieve both happiness and safety, CAHRS have announced tickets are now on sale to the annual event, happening over three sessions on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7. They have also announced that due to limited capacity and COVID-19 restrictions, this year there will be no gate sales, with tickets available online only.
While the challenges and subsequent regulations of 2020 might have demanded a smaller event, the team behind Livelighter Canning Show have worked hard to bring a big experience to all patrons. The program features a spaced-out massive line up of entertainment, which minimises the number of contact-based activities. The show offers hundreds of things to do and thousands of things to see, much of it free.
While each session will have its own unique highlights, each of them are guaranteed plenty of fun entertainment including:
