The Melbourne Ska Orchestra announce The Ballad of Monte Loco tour
The Melbourne Ska Orchestra are hitting the road for a global tour to celebrate the release of their latest single, Walls of Jericho.
The single marks the second taste of their yet-to-be-announced forthcoming album, following on from 2024’s single, John Wayne. Produced by Nicky Bomba and MSO’s studio personnel, Walls of Jericho acts as “a rallying cry for hope and resistance by using biblical allegory to challenge war, power and oppression.”
The tour includes performances in Sydney, Canberra, Cairns, Geelong, Castlemaine, Hobart, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Melbourne, with a Perth show lined up at Port Beach Brewery, Fremantle, on Saturday, September 13.
Formed in the early 2000s, the Melbourne Ska Orchestra have earned ARIA Awards and international acclaim with their joyous on-stage presence and globe-spanning sound.
The Melbourne Ska Orchestra plays at Port Beach Brewery on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Tickets are on sale at oztix.com.au
