News of a band celebrating the 40th anniversary of an album doesn’t get much bigger than The Saints‘ 1977 classic, I’m Stranded.
In recognition of the occasion comes The Aints play The Saints nationwide tour, which for those who haven’t been paying attention, is Ed Kuepper’s reformed version of The Saints (Chris Bailey’s Saints last toured WA in 2012). The tour hits Perth on November 18 at the Rosemount Hotel.
The band will be perform tracks from their three greatest albums (I’m) Stranded (1977), Eternally Yours (1978), and Prehistoric Sounds (1978) which are sure to make one memorable evening. Kuepper has said he’s pleasantly surprised this material still has currency after all this time and excited about playing it all again.
