Superheaven and Angel Du$t bring grunge revival tour to Aussie shores
Superheaven will bring their post-hardcore grit, fuzzed-out distortion, and hazy alternative melodies to Australia in 2026. Joined by special guests Angel Du$t, the tour pairs two of the most potent forces in the grunge revival and melodic hardcore for a seismic run of shows, kicking off in Brisbane and hitting Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide before wrapping up at Perth’s Amplifier Bar on Wednesday, May 6.
Formed from the ashes of Daylight in 2014, Superheaven’s 2015 breakthrough Ours Is Chrome earned a spot on Brooklyn Vegan’s “50 Best Punk & Emo Albums: 2015–2019,” while tracks like Poor Aileen secured festival appearances from Outbreak to Sick New World. Since then, the band has built a worldwide fanbase, with Youngest Daughter surpassing 200 million streams and their catalogue approaching half a billion.
Angel Du$t evolved from hardcore roots—via frontman Justice Tripp’s time in Trapped Under Ice—into a genre-blurring powerhouse. With an eclectic energy reminiscent of Bad Brains, the group showcase their unique fusion of d-beat fury with irresistible pop hooks on records like A.D., Pretty Buff, and Brand New Soul.
These shows mark Superheaven’s first Australian dates in over a decade, following their return from an extended hiatus.
Superheaven and Angel Du$t play Amplifier Bar on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Tickets are on sale now from destroyalllines.com
