The organisers behind Here Comes the Sun Festival have been cooking up a new festival, and now they’re ready to serve it to us. Their newest dish, the Sugarloaf Rock Festival, is a one-day event brimming with great musical talent, delicious food, and fine wine to complement it. The fiesta takes place on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 3 Oceans Wine Company in Margaret River.
Grinspoon (pictured) are set to headline – even though the band will have finished their Chemical Hearts national tour by the end of the year, they’re not ready to take a break from performing just yet. While the ARIA Award winners will be free to play any songs from across their albums, including their 26 hit singles, we’re pretty certain Chemical Hearts will get some more time in the spotlight.
The festival lineup also includes Sydney trio Wolfmother, Brisbane’s Dead Letter Circus and Victoria’s Stonefield. And our own WA acts included are The Southern River Band, Abbe May and Legs Electric. Pair that with some good food and wine, and you have the makings of a great show.
