Sepultura strike one last time with 2026 global farewell tour
After four decades, fourteen gold records and journeys through eighty countries, Sepultura have reached the end of the road, announcing their farewell with the Final Australian Tour.
The band will head down under and open the tour with a show at Perth’s Metro City on Friday, March 20, 2026, and will then hit Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
For the final journey, the band will be joined by 21-year-old American drummer Greyson Nekrutman, as they revisit every era of their catalogue onstage. Fans can expect to hear hits such as Escape to the Void, Roots Bloody Roots, Arise and Refuse/Resist.
During the tour, the band will be recording forty live tracks across forty cities, forming an epic compilation that captures their strongest moments on stage.
“We’ve always had the best fans in the world, who supported us with praise and criticism, who were demanding and intelligent, who grew together with the band and have always been loyal,” the band said. “Without you, none of this would have been possible. This album and this tour are for you.”
Across fifteen studio albums, Sepultura have cemented their place as one of the most influential metal bands of their generation. The band has sold over 20 million records worldwide, earning gold and platinum certifications in Australia and beyond, and their landmark record Roots has surpassed 150 million Spotify streams.
Sepultura bring their Final Australian Tour to Metro City on Friday, March 20, 2026. Tickets are on sale Monday, December 15, from destroyalllines.com
