Rock concert fundraiser Offbeat ’23 to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s WA

Fundraising rock concert Offbeat ’23 will take over Fremantle’s Port Beach Brewery on Friday, July 21 to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s WA.

The event was created by Hannah Moltoni, the Creative Director from Renegade Events Australia, who has directly experienced the impact of Parkinson’s Disease on her family.

Hannah’s brother Leigh was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at 29, which became a driving force for Hannah to raise awareness and understanding of how Parkinson’s can affect the younger community. Hannah’s father also lives with the neurological condition.

Headlining Offbeat ’23, bringing the best of the classic rock songs with their dynamic stage presence are The Feel Alrights, an all-star band including Nick Sheppard (The Clash), Greg Hitchcock (You Am I), Nick Dudman (End of Fashion) and Hank D (The Vibrolators).

Opening the night is Ojay, a local four-piece that fuse high energy rock and punk of the 80s and 90s with the latest catchy hooks.

There will also be surprise acts and guest appearances as well as a silent auction and raffle on the night. Every ticket sold directly contributes to vital Parkinson’s Disease initiatives.

Offbeat ’23 hits Port Beach Brewery on Friday July 21, 2023. For more info and to buy tickets head oztix.com.au
