Pond back on home soil for Terrestrials tour

Following a headline tour across the US and a run of support dates with Djo, Perth psych rockers Pond are returning to Australia for a national tour.

The tour kicks off on home turf at Freo.Social on Saturday, December 5, before continuing on to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Los Angeles post-punk group Automatic will join them for all Australian dates, with additional support acts yet to be announced.

The tour celebrates Pond’s new album, Terrestrials, which, since its release in June, has been praised as one of Rolling Stone’s Best Australian Albums of 2026.

Formed in 2010 in Fremantle, Pond’s impressive career spans eleven critically acclaimed albums and shows with huge names such as Flaming Lips, Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys. A popular live act, they have performed across huge stages, including Glastonbury, Coachella and Splendour in the Grass.
