We may only be young as nation, but the history that built us is still all around us. Over two days, the city will open its doors to the public for Perth Heritage Days. In recognition of the 100th and 75th Anniversaries of WWI and WWII, Perth’s museums, churches, art galleries, libraries and heritage buildings will hold special events that focus on how these two world changing events shaped and influenced the city it is today.
Self-guided tours, concerts in Government House, 10th Light Horse Troop re-enactments, hosted walks in the St. Georges Cathedral and a memorial service are just a few of the things you can experience from Saturday-Sunday, October 18-19.
