Parkway Drive’s metal festival Park Waves rolls into Perth

Byron Bay metalcore titans Parkway Drive are bringing their Park Waves music festival down under in 2026.

The first ever Australian instalment of the self-curated festival kicks off at Perth’s Langley Park on Saturday, February 14, before heading across the country for dates in Adelaide, Geelong, Scoresby, Bendigo, Wollongong, Sydney, Maitland, Toowoomba, Byron Bay and Sandstone Point.

Parkway Drive debuted Park Waves in Germany last year, performing alongside Dying Fetus, Fit For A King, Thy Art Is Murder, Alpha Wolf and more in Dresden.

Parkway Drive last came to Perth in 2024, bringing their 20th Anniversary Tour show to RAC Arena (pictured) in a live show we described as “a monumental celebration” that blended “the band’s raw metalcore roots with their evolution into a stadium-commanding powerhouse.” Read the review here.
