A phenomenon in its native city of Sydney, where it first started over 16 years ago, the Night Noodle Markets have spread to Melbourne, Brisbane and now Perth, where they will make their debut from March 18 -29, courtesy of Eat Drink Perth and WAtoday Good Food Month.
25 pop-up stalls will spring into being in the Perth Cultural Centre, including three bars, encompassing a variety of Asian cuisines and countries, including Koran, Thai, Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese.
Restaurants such as Print Hall’s Apple Daily Bar & Eating House, Low Key Chow House and Luck Chan’s Laundry And Noodle Bar will join such Eastern States luminaries as Filipino eatery Hoy Pinoy, Daniel San, Let’s Do Yum Cha and Teppanyaki Noodles in offering a wide selection of tasty treats that will be sure to please Perth palates.
