If this is any indication, Saturn Returns, the upcoming album from Bristol post-rock outfit, Empty Pools, is going to be a keeper. Much like their debut single, Vanderbilt Cup, the spirit of Patti Smith and the New York post-punk scene looms large in Exploded View, but this is more than mere pastiche. Take a look.
