Lily Allen brings West End Girl tour down under

Lily Allen has announced a headline tour of Australia and New Zealand, bringing her new live show Lily Allen Performs West End Girl to arenas later this year. The tour will see the singer-songwriter perform her brand-new album in full as it appears on the record.

The shows mark Allen’s biggest headline tour to date and her first return to Australia and New Zealand in more than seven years, following her last visit in 2019 for the No Shame tour. The run will take in Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne before wrapping up at Perth’s RAC Arena on Sunday, November 1.

West End Girl is Allen’s fifth studio album and her first in seven years, drawing on her move to New York as the foundation for a narrative journey across 14 tracks. Written in collaboration with musical director Blue May, the album debuted at #6 on the ARIA Albums Chart and #5 in New Zealand, marking Allen’s fifth consecutive Top 10 release in Australia.

The acclaimed record—ranked sixth in X-Press Magazine’s Top 25 albums of 2025—marks a confident return for the UK pop star after time away from music. Allen first broke through with Alright, Still (2006) and It’s Not Me, It’s You, which together sold more than five million copies worldwide, before going on to release the Mercury Prize–nominated No Shame and her candid memoir My Thoughts Exactly, cementing her reputation as one of pop’s sharpest truth-tellers.

After stepping back from recording in 2009, Allen shifted her focus to the stage, starring in sold-out runs of 2:22 A Ghost Story and The Pillowman, as well as a recent lead role in a new adaptation of Ibsen’s Hedda Gabler. She also co-hosts the award-winning podcast Miss Me with longtime friend Miquita Oliver. Her return album details a period of personal upheaval, including her divorce from David Harbour.
