FRINGE WORLD: CALYPSO NIGHTS

Calypso

Who are we talking to?

We are talking to me, Juan Vesuvius.

What’s your show about?

It is about Calypso Music, music from the Caribbean. It is about how this music can solve many things. You can get an education from it, and also a sexual feelings, and also a freedom of your heart. It is also about some other funny things that are just funny things.

Who’s gonna like it?

I think you will like it. And you. And your girlfriends. All of them will like it. And your mothers. And your boyfriends. People of all ages like this. Only people who do not like it are very very racist people… but they eventually like it too and leave the show a little bit less racist.

When and where is it on?

Noodle Palace from January 28 31 and February 4 – 7

Midlandia from January 29 – 31
Freo Royale – Victoria Hall on February 12

What else are you looking forward to at this year’s Fringe?

I am looking forward to hanging around with my great friend Trygve Wakenshaw. He is Kraken. And I am also looking forward to the amazing beautiful Betty Grumble she is doing a Minge World.

Anything to add?

Fringe is the greatest time of the year so please go out to all of the things and see as many of the things because soon they will all pack up and move to Adelaide and you will feel lonely. So enjoy the lunatics while they are in your garden!

Head here for tickets.
