Frenzal Rhomb bring Sans Souci 23rd Anniversary Tour to WA
Sydney punk-rockers Frenzal Rhomb have announced their Sans Souci 23rd Anniversary Tour across Australia.
The tour is set to include Western Australian dates at Rosemount Hotel on Wednesday, October 21; Prince of Wales, Bunbury, on Thursday, October 22; The River, Margaret River, on Friday, October 23; and Carine Tavern, Duncraig, on Saturday, October 24.
The band is also set to hit Adelaide, Canberra, New South Wales, Victoria, Melbourne, Queensland, Sydney, and Tasmania.
Released in 2003 via Epitaph Records, Sans Souci is the band’s sixth album, serving 16 tracks and becoming a hit with punk-rock fans across Australia and the world. Fans can expect to hear hits such as Stand Up & Be Cunted, Punisher and Ballchel as well as many others on the album.
“Here at Frenzal Rhomb, the number 23 has always been important to us. 23 pairs of human chromosomes, William Burroughs’ 23 enigma, Psalm 23 in the bible, “the Lord is my shepherd”; we’ve always been big with shepherds,” the band said upon revealing the tour news.
“Actually, that’s all nonsense. We just missed the 20th, and the world may not make it until the 25th, so this year we’re celebrating the 23rd anniversary of Sans Souci!”
Formed in 1992, Frenzal Rhomb’s unique blend of punk rock, skate punk and melodic hardcore has seen them tour artists such as Blink-182, The Offspring and Bad Religion and perform at festivals like the Vans Warped Tour, Bassinthegrass, Where We Belong Festival and more.
Frenzal Rhomb’s Sans Souci 23rd Anniversary Tour hits Western Australia in October 2026. Tickets are on sale now from tix.to/frenzalrhomb
