The Common Threads Wearable Art Showcase is a visual celebration of the artistry and quality of this year’s finalist garments and body art, set to a contemporary backdrop in a full length production.
Supported by multimedia, professional dance and choreography these spectacular creations are framed perfectly within a theatrical context, presenting dramatic wearable art and body art from regional, national and international competitors. The showcase is fast becoming a destination event, supporting local designers while welcoming entrants from New Zealand and Australia wide.
