Ben Lee and Georgia Maq join forces for the Two Most Annoying People You Love Tour
Sydney singer-songwriter Ben Lee and Melbourne-born LA-based indie rocker Georgia Maq are set to join forces for their Two Most Annoying People You Love Tour, with eight shows across the country.
The upcoming tour is set to hit two venues in WA, with shows at The Rechabite on Tuesday, September 29, and Freo.Social on Wednesday, September 30.
The tour will also hit Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Milton, Adelaide and Canberra and is set to celebrate Lee’s and Maq’s long-time friendship and collaboration, their love of music, and the power of songs.
Across both nights, fans can expect to see both artists performing deep cuts, bold covers, and each other’s classic tunes onstage, such as Lee’s Catch My Disease and We’re All In This Together and Maq’s Pay Per View and Slightly Below the Middle, as well as Lee’s song Arsehole, featuring Georgia Maq. Both artists will also be testing new material from their forthcoming recorded projects.
Ben Lee began his career in the early 1990s in the Australian lo-fi punk band Noise Addict. Across his three-decade-long career, Lee has released fifteen solo albums, with his 2005 release, Awake Is the New Sleep, becoming a double-platinum success and earning him four ARIA Awards, including Best Male Artist. He has performed at festivals, including Party In The Paddock, Splendour In The Grass and Homebake.
Georgia Maq is known for forming the Melbourne punk rock trio Camp Cope with Sarah Thompson and Kelly-Dawn Helmrich in 2015. The band released three studio albums, also winning The Heatseeker Award for Best New Artist in 2016. Since the band separated in 2023, Maq moved to LA, and in 2025 she released her God’s Favourite EP.
Ben Lee and Georgia Maq bring their Two Most Annoying People You Love Tour to The Rechabite on Tuesday, September 29, and Freo.Social on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Tickets go on sale Thursday, June 25, from linktr.ee/leemaq
