Award-winning WA artists team up to host songwriting retreat

Award-winning singer-songwriters Rose Parker and Delilah Rose are joining forces to host Breathe: A Songwriting Retreat at Hillside Country Retreat in York from Thursday, May 23 to Sunday, May 26.

The program welcomes creatives of all experience levels, offering a mix of practical workshops, meditation, and collaborative sessions designed to nurture songwriting, reflection and creativity.

“We want participants to experience guilt-free creative time and to feel nourished and nurtured,” said Parker. “Each retreat so far has resulted in friendships, renewed enthusiasm and rekindled inspiration for songwriting, creative breakthroughs, and moments of profound shared joy. We’re excited to see what the next one holds!”

With accolades including ASA Rock/Indie Song of the Year and multiple WAM and WA Country Music Awards between them, Parker and Rose bring a wealth of experience and passion to this special event.
