(Artificial) Nights celebrate their official band launch at Rosemount Hotel
New five-piece group (Artificial) Nights are set to celebrate their official launch into the Perth music scene at Four5Nine Bar at Rosemount Hotel on Friday, June 26.
The new band showcases talent from Perth’s 2000s music golden era, featuring Themba Pitts, Jimmy Swift, Ben Leevers, Patrick Cavalli, and Oli Nelson, from The Tigers, Electric Limousine, Druid Lee Roth and Extended Summer Surgery.
After twelve months of intensive development in a secure rehearsal facility in Bayswater, (Artificial) Nights have refined their distinct sound, blending gothic drive, shoegaze atmosphere, and subtle electro-texture.
To celebrate the band’s official launch, (Artificial) Nights will be joined by local alt-country folk band Stack of Bibles, psychedelic space rockers Lake Mammoth and local singer-songwriter Indi Steedman.
“We’ve always felt our sound was international in scope,” the band said. “It just happens that the international market is currently concentrated between Maylands and Fremantle.”
