ARCHITECTS return for Australian Tour

Architects-2016

The UK’s metalcore act Architects are returning for their long-awaiting Australian headline tour which has been scheduled along with the bands appearance at Groovin The Moo. The tour kicks off in Maitland NSW on April 29 and finishes up in Perth WA on May 12 at Metropolis Fremantle.

Supporting Architects are Melbourne’s own Ocean Grove who have had an amazing start to the year with being triple j’s feature album and some very positive responses from UK music magazine Kerrang!.

The band were in the country back in September 2016 supporting metal act Bring Me The Horizon for nationwide tour, however, due to BMTH frontman Oli Skyes’ health the tour was unfortunately cut short which saw the last few remaining shows be cancelled.

The tour is also the first time Australian fans to hear live the bands critically acclaimed album All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us which released in May 2016. The album focuses on the darker side of life and the contemplations with death, god and faith when there’s so much fear in the world.

This is Architects seventh album and since it’s release saw the band playing their biggest headline shows which celebrated the life of guitarist/found member Tom Searle who sadly passed away August 2016 leaving the band and fans around the world heartbroken.

Tickets are now available from livenation.com and UNFD; for more information you can check out the bands official social media pages to keep up to date with all you need to know.
