Americana duo Minor Gold bring their new album down under
Americana folk duo Minor Gold are celebrating the launch of their new album, Way to the Sun, with an Australia tour kicking off next month.
After spending the past seven months touring North America, the pair are bringing their music home with an Australian tour that kicks off in WA at Fremantle’s HonkyTonk Blues on Thursday, September 18.
They then make their way down south, with shows at the Deanmill Club on Friday, September 19; the Karma Llama Lounge in Bridgetown on Saturday, September 20; The River in Margaret River on Sunday, September 21; and the Boyup Brook Hotel on Thursday, September 25.
From there, the tour continues to Albany’s Wesley Uniting Church on Friday, September 26, before travelling north again to perform at the iconic Wave Rock Weekender in Hyden from Saturday, September 27, to Sunday, September 28. The WA run wraps up back in Fremantle at the Songwriters Cafe on Wednesday, October 1, before moving on to the eastern states.
Way to the Sun is a compelling follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2023 self-titled debut album and in recent weeks has continued its upward momentum—claiming the #1 Added spot at Americana Radio USA.
Minor Gold’s Way to the Sun album tour features multiple shows across Western Australia in September 2025. Tickets are on sale now from minorgoldmusic.com
