RTRFM’s Fremantle Winter Music Festival returns

RTRFM’s annual takeover of North Fremantle returns this June, with the Fremantle Winter Music Festival set to bring some heat to the cold weather on Saturday, June 24.

The Fremantle Winter Music Festival features 30 acts across five stages at Port Beach Brewery, the Swan Lounge, Swan Basement and Mojos from 7pm till late.

At the Swan Lounge, catch solo and acoustic sets from Outdoor Living, Ruby Pettit, Savannah Solomon, Stack of Bibles and Stacy Ann.

Downstairs in the Swan Basement experience the indie sounds of Jocelyn’s Baby, The Leap Year, Lonesome Dove, Satisfaction Guaranteed and Veruca Moon.

The three-stages at the newly renovated Port Beach Brewery will host Ash Digs, Dan Howls, Paint, Sprinter and Teen Angst on the inside stage, and Claudie Joy & the Joy Boys, Finn Alexander and the Forever Party, Selfless Orchestra and The Witchy Djypsies outside on the main stage. On the new cargo stage, it’s a Tone Youth Collective take-over all night.

Mojos features plenty of fresh indie talent including Dolce Blue, Hey So Hungry, King Ibis, Madoc Plane, Sixth Avenue and Spici Water, while outside, DJs from Rhythm Trippin’, including Vishnu, Robwun, King Kang, i33a and Bella Guard will be spinning tunes until late.
