The Rosemount is offering an electric line up of some of WA’s finest acts to kick off 2019 with your batteries fully charged!
Rock and roll larrikins The Southern River Band lead the charge in The Main Room, alongside the electrifying Abbe May, Moonlighter, Tommyhawks, Web Rumors and Bald Eagle. All these acts come as part of an ‘Access All Areas’ Main Room ticket.
The Four5Nine band room will be powered by Australia’s one and only Rockin’ Hendy, Don the Rat from the Homicides’ new band Sick Pose, The Paige McNaught Experience, Werewolf and The Bonekickers.
The Backyard presents a special late-night performance from Rusty Pinto and the Blue Flames, while DJs Holly Doll, Nick Sheppard and Aoife Daly are set to keep the dance floor amped up through the night.

For their third New Year’s Eve party Badlands are raising the bar! Local punk-rock legends Gyroscope headline with a rare hometown show, but there’s a killer line up of other cracker acts playing over two stages (inside and outside) throughout the night.
Get down from 6pm to enjoy Happy Hour drink specials while Axe Girl, Sly Withers, Flossy, Black Stone From The Sun, J.F.K., The Shakeys, Yomi Ship, Trolley Boy and Moth take you through to the countdown. There will also be food trucks to keep you going and you’ll even be able to see the Gloucester Park fireworks from the Badlands Beer Garden!

With just about everyone involved with Mojo’s and its management team at Cool Perth Nights being a musician, they didn’t have to look far to find the perfect entertainment for a New Year’s party. Headlining is Mojo’s yardie and irreverently Aussie songwriter Peter Bibby. Major support comes from Doctopus featuring Stephen Bellair, Senior Bar Manager at Mojo’s Bar. Hyclass will deliver a healthy dose of rhymes while Cool Perth Nights operators Felicity Groom and Andrew Ryan will also take to the stage.
Mojo’s favourite Fraeya is set to cap off a big 2018, while Mojo’s Bar Manager Hugh Manning and CPN senior booker Ashlyn will feature in Big Cry. Boss of the CPN office and boss of the commanding “don’t fuck with me” stage presence Oosterbanger, aka Ellen Oosterbaan, shall slay. New Nausea, Long Lost Brothers and resident poet Jack Davies will charm and quell, along with Grace Armstrong, BEXX, Emlyn Johnson and Sara Salt.

The New Orleans New Year’s Eve Party will kick off with The Zydecats featuring Grammy Award Winner Lucky Oceans and close with Adam Hall and the Velvet Playboys in what promises to be a huge night of music. This evening will be inspired by the music of New Orleans. With the Zydecats pulling from Zydeco, Rock n Roll, Jazz and all the good music down on the bayou and then Adam Hall and the Velvet Playboys rocking into the New Year.
The Sewing Room is also set to keep to the tunes rolling into the early hours with NYE Kick Ons. Dance through to the first sunrise of 2019 with some of Perth’s best DJ talent including Neesnu, Voortrekker, Cadence and ESYM.
