This Saturday, April 29 sees the Fly By turn into a psychedelic extravaganza for the first ever Blow Fly’s Ball.
The Southern River Band, Datura4, Old Blood, The Floors, The Durongs and Yomi Ship will be performing from 6pm til midnight at the The Queen Victoria Hall otherwise known as the Fly By Night Musicians club.
The time warp event will showcase a myriad of traditional blues through to rock n roll while adding visuals that heart back to the heavy days of the Filmore East and Filmore West, when acts would come together to create a psychedelic sound experience.
It’s shaping up to be a massive night of sound and sight. Accompanying the riffs will be light effects and projections throughout the venue to create some very trippy vibes.
