The Winter Garden Festival is set to bring WA an unforgettable experience for the young and the young at heart, from Wednesday, July 1, to Sunday, July 26, as Fremantle Esplanade is transformed into a winter wonderland dedicated to the delights and traditional experiences of a white winter.
The festival will see the return of Australia’s biggest outdoor ice rink, spanning a massive 600 square metres. Grab some ice skates and take to ice and don’t worry, there’ll be skating aides present to assist those taking to the ice for the first time. The rink will be accompanied by falling snow throughout the festival, as well as a pop-up slide, carnival rides and live music and entertainment for all-ages. The Winter Garden experience is free to enter, with tickets for the ice skating rink and other activities available for purchase through the festival’s website at wintergarden.com.au.
