“Do you like scary movies?”- Scream
Thanks to the crew at the Horror Movie Campout we have a double pass (valued at $178) to their first event in WA. On Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22 the Quarry Farm in Byford becomes a haunted field of ghoulish delights.
Horror Movie Campout has toured the east coast for the last two seasons, and has finally stalked it’s way to the west.
Immersive scare actors roam the site, DJ beats and resident art punk rockers Destrends (VIC) blast out on the main stage, and campers bust a move in the silent “slasher” disco. There’s also the “death chamber ” scare maze and the “horror bar” to keep you fuelled with a variety of drinks, meals and snacks along with everyone’s movie favourites popcorn and fairy floss!
Of course there will also be a range of horror flicks, including short films and two movie headliners voted on by campers prior to the event.
The event ticket includes full access to the festival, a car park and camping space. (Make sure to bring your own tent, sleeping gear, and comfy seat for the cinema).
