Welsh genre-blenders Skindred return to rock Australian stages

Welsh ragga metal legends Skindred are returning to our shores for their biggest Australian headline tour yet, starting at Magnet House on Tuesday, September 1.

Skindred will be joined onstage by local rock bands Hailmary and Sandbroker for the Perth show before the tour heads to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The band arrive with new material from their latest album You Got This, which was released on Friday, April 16, via Earache, and became their first album to top the UK albums chart. Fans can expect to hear the latest releases from the record onstage, including the title track and Can I Get A, as well as fan favourites such as Set It Off, Kiss and Make Up and Pressure.

Hailing from Newport, Wales, Skindred have showcased their unique blend of reggae, punk, hip-hop, nu-metal, rock, and electronica across eight studio albums to date. Fronted by vocalist Benji Webbe, they have won multiple awards and performed alongside huge artists such as KISS, Korn, Papa Roach and Rob Zombie.
