The Human League bring their greatest hits down under
Following on from their sellout Australian tour in 2024, The Human League have announced they will return down under next summer. The synth-pop legends will kick off the Australian leg of their highly anticipated Generations: The Greatest Hits Tour at Perth HPC on Wednesday, January 27 before heading east to play shows in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Hailing from Sheffield, UK, The Human League dominated the global charts throughout the 1980s and beyond with their stylish, forward-thinking sound. Long before electronic music became mainstream, the band were among the first to successfully use computers and sequencers to create rhythm and melody, shaping the sound of modern pop in the process.
Today, founding members Philip Oakey, Joanne Catherall, and Susan Ann Sulley return to Aussie shores with career-spanning hits including: Don’t You Want Me, (Keep Feeling) Fascination, Human, Love Action (I Believe in Love), The Lebanon, Mirror Man, Being Boiled and more.
The Human League’s Generations: The Greatest Hits Tour hits Perth HPC on Wednesday, January 27, 2027. Tickets are on sale Friday, February 6 from destroyalllines.com
