The Church bring career-spanning Singles Tour to Perth

Aussie rock group The Church will be bringing their The Singles Tour: A Career Retrospective to Perth this November. Celebrating the band’s classic singles over a decades-long career, the Australian tour hits Astor Theatre on Thursday, November 13.

Formed in Sydney in 1980, The Church are widely known for their hit single Under the Milky Way, which has featured in multiple movie soundtracks along with winning ARIA Single of the Year in 1989.

The ARIA Hall of Famers are set to perform the iconic hit along with favourites from across their career, including Reptile, The Unguarded Moment, Tear It All Away, When You Were Mine, Almost With You, Electric Lash, It’s No Reason, Already Yesterday, Tantalized, The Hypnogogue, Ripple and more.

Last week, The Church frontman Steve Kilbey announced he was coming to Perth to pay tribute to The Go-Betweens’ Grant McLennan with a live performance alongside Perth musicians at Milk Bar on Thursday, May 29.
