RTRFM’s Fremantle Winter Music Festival returns

RTRFM is set for its annual takeover of North Fremantle on Saturday, June 22, with the station’s Fremantle Winter Music Festival set to bring some heat to the cold weather.

This year’s line-up features 30 acts across five stages at Port Beach Brewery, the Swan Lounge, 201 Below, Swan Backgarden and Mojos from 7pm till late.

The Swan Lounge will host an eclectic mix of artists to get you dancing, including Bad Boogey, Cabra Roots, Jeeper, Red’s Tribe and Rochelle.

Through the basement in the Swan Backgarden, there will be plenty of acoustic magic with tunes from Darcie Haven, Romy B, Sam Coombes and Sleepy Soph.

In the newly renovated 201 Below (Swan Basement), get your groove on with DJ sets from Alice Andro, Animatedharpy42, DJ I Miss My Cat, Musu and wetpuddlss.

Head inside Port Beach Brewery for the sounds of Alter Boy, Have a Good Day, Homebrand and Luci, while on the outside stage, catch Coco Elise, Ghost Care, Ricky Neil Jr., Ryley (duo) and Sunsick.

Things get a bit more rock and roll over at Mojos with live music from Bravo Inferno, Loveshovel, Los Removalists, The Spunloves and Unicorn, plus outside till 11pm, and then inside to close out the night, catch DJs from The Rounds, including Alana Joy, Cooper Cooper, Henny, Nicole Filev and Sacha Alexiou.

The Fremantle Winter Music Festival is one of RTRFM’s most popular annual fundraising events, with all ticket sales helping keep the station on air and supporting local, independent music and arts.
