LA surf rockers Allah-Las hit Australian shores with 2026 tour

LA rock band Allah-Las are set to return to Australia in 2026 for the first time in five years with a run of headline shows.

The four-piece will play shows in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Byron Bay before wrapping up the tour at The Rechabite on Wednesday, March 18.

The band are expected to play tracks straight from their 2023 album release, Zuma 85, such as The Stuff, GB BB and Right On Time. Allah-Las’ fifth studio album to date, Zuma 85 marks a shift from the band’s familiar surf-rock territory into an eclectic mix of rock and nineties pop. Fans can also expect to hear other tracks from across the Allah-Las’ discography, such as In the Air, Polar Onion and Could Be You.

Formed in 2008 on Californian shores, Allah-Las established their sound as a mix of surf, folk and rock. The band’s albums include Allah-Las, Worship The Sun, Calico Review, Lahs and Zuma 85. Allah-Las have also toured across the globe, securing festival slots at California’s 2025 Crash Into Earth Fest and Portugal’s 2024 Festival Paredes de Coura.

Allah-Las play The Rechabite on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Tickets are on sale on Friday, October 24, from handsometours.com
