The side room of newly refurbished Badlands (former Deville’s Pad) is launching as a new band room on September 2, 2016 as HEN HOUSE LIVE. The smaller room will give up and coming bands a chance to get out of the rehearsal room and onto the stage.
Hen House Rehearsal Studios Owner Rob Nassif and Badlands Bar owner Mark Partridge have teamed up to launch Hen House Live, creating a classic space for new bands to showcase their material every Friday and Saturday night.
The room will feature local bands across two sessions Friday and Saturday night, sessions start at 8pm and 10pm and after punters will be given free entry to Badlands bar.
“Much like the Grosvenor Hotel did for my band Gyroscope in the early 00s, I wanted to create a space that puts the musician front and centre. We’re Providing a full backline and a killer PA system for our acts to make their gigging experience easy.” Rob Nassif (The Hen House)
