Fremantle Arts Centre reveals part two of its Sunday Music series lineup
Fremantle Arts Centre has announced part two of its 2026 Sunday Music lineup, with the summer series taking place every Sunday from Sunday, January 4, to Sunday, March 29, 2026.
The curated series lineup is set to feature genre-defying local and international talent. The series kicked off on Sunday, January 4, with Lucky and Louis’ Blues and Zydeco Party with Dolly Carton, with Los Removalists and Wil Thomas set to take the stage this weekend.
Across February, a special edition of Sunday Music will respond to Loom of the Land, WFAC’s latest exhibition by acclaimed photographer Brad Rimmer, with Emily Barker and Mark Holdsworth set to perform. Singing duo Rob Snarski and Lindy Morrison will also make a special musical appearance.
Ayo Busari will kick off Sunday Music in March, unveiling his debut EP Joy & Balloons, whilst artists like Tara Tiba and Juliana Areias will perform to celebrate International Women’s Day. Brad Rimmer’s Loom of the Land exhibition and the Focus: First Nation Film Festival will also celebrate International Women’s Day.
Later in the season, Kangaroos with Machine Guns will bring their dusty, cosmic spin on country blues to Fremantle Arts Centre alongside classic country music singer Wanita.
To close out the Sunday Music series, jade//vision, an improvisation-driven collective, will take the stage with the Melbourne Afro-folk four-piece Cool Out Sun.
“As we celebrate a standout first half of the season, we’re thrilled to announce another exceptional line-up for Sunday Music Part Two,” said City of Fremantle Director of Creative Arts and Community, Pete Stone.
