Fred Again.. sends fans into a frenzy with surprise Perth show

Wildly popular British DJ and producer Fred Again.. sent Perth fans into a frenzy this week, announcing a surprise show at Langley Park for this Saturday, March 30.

The announcement followed a run of sold-out surprise shows in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast earlier this month.

“So this Saturday, in Perth, we’re throwing the biggest party we’ve ever done,” Fred Again.. announced on his Instagram. “I’ll be DJing for longer than I’ve played on any other show on this tour.”

The Grammy Award-winning producer also revealed he would be debuting some new material at the show and would be joined by UK party starters Joy Anonymous and New Zealand DJ Messie.

Rumours of the Perth show began circulating when residents were informed that ‘Perth Summer Concert Series 2024’ would hold a “single-stage music event” at Langley Park in the city on Saturday, March 30.

While the documents did not mention any line-up or artists, they did include noise and traffic management information and a map of the event site with a capacity of up to 35,000 people.

With tickets selling out in a matter of hours, fans who missed out are closely watching Fred Again’s Instagram to see if he will announce one of his famous secret shows while he is in Perth.
