Fermoy Estate Wine Dinner at Le Vivant

Thursday, July 4th Fermoy Estate will be collaborating with Le Vivant. Yes, this is the next exclusive wine dinner at Le Viv with the wine maker in the house.

Fermoy have been producing wines in Margaret River’s official unofficial sub region Wilyabrup since the mid 80. For just-shy-of the past decade, Jez Hodgson has produced Fermoy Estate wines.

You have the chance to be among an intimate gathering at 5 star Le Vivant when Jez will talk to, dine and enjoy 5 of the finest Fermoy Estate wines.

Here’s the menu and wine line up;

1) THE BUMP
oscietra gold caviar bump _paired with_ Fermoy Vintage Brut Premier ’17.

2) FRENCH ONION SOUP
smoked ham hock French onion _paired with_ Fermoy, Fume Blanc, ’22.

3) THE WHITE MEAT
rolled pork stuffed with spinach, mushroom and prosciutto _paired with_ Fermoy Reserve Chardonnay, ’22.

4) MUSHROOM BOURGUIGNON
champignon bourguignon _paired with_ Fermoy, Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec, ’21.

5) FRENCH CHEESES
Brillat Savarin, Roquefort Papillion, Marcel Petite Comte _paired with_ Fermoy Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, ’17.
