Michael Savage, of local alt-country darlings The Little Lord Street Band released his fourth solo album Mystery Flight in October 2024, the long-gestating follow up to acclaimed 2018 RTR Local Feature Album ‘Won’t Die Wondering’, released on boutique UK/US label Tip Top Recordings. He will be joined by his full band to celebrate the release of Mystery Flight on vinyl.
Produced by Ricky Maymi of the Brian Jonestown Massacre and mixed by Mike Jelinek (Psychedelic Porn Crumpets), Mystery Flight is a jangle-tastic 10 track album that sees Savage’s crowd pleasing, 60s indebted guitar pop sound reach lush new heights – adorned with string arrangements, layers of slide guitar and beds of Beach Boys-esque vocal harmonies.
Savage and his band will be playing cuts from Mystery Flight alongside a bevy of new country-skewing songs that are set for release on forthcoming fifth and sixth albums.
Moody Alice, the dynamic local father-daughter duo is proud to announce the release of their highly anticipated third album, Beautiful Accident. Known for their emotionally charged soundscapes and reflective lyrics, Moody Alice dives deep into themes of longing, serendipity, and the human experience on this new record, set to release on March 20.
