Black River Ransom is a collaborative project between Songwriters, Scott James – Guitar and Vocals and Ben Patterson – Drums.
Coming in to their tenth year of activity the band has been joined by a number of musical faces over the years, yet between the two of them have written, recorded and produced four studio records and one LIVE EP. Their most recent release “Pretty Wrong” is available NOW on all major streaming platforms.

Hailing from Manchester, England, residing in Fremantle, WA – BRR is no stranger to the stage and are a very well-travelled act.
The band delivers high – energy, live performances with thunderous drums, crunchy guitar work and swampy yet haunting vocal melodies with comparisons boasting the likes of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Royal Blood to Black Sabbath and even T-Rex.
The two-piece has held their own, amongst and alongside some local and International greats to feel at home on any stage and next to any band promoting the genre.
