Crash Test Dummies announce first Australian tour in over 30 years
Canadian alternative folk-rockers Crash Test Dummies will make their long-awaited return to Australia as part of their God Shuffled His Feet 30th Anniversary World Tour.
Hitting our shores for the first time since 1992, Crash Test Dummies kick off the tour at Rosemount Hotel on Friday, March 28, 2025, before heading to Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Produced by Jerry ‘Talking Head’ Harrison, Crash Test Dummies’ 1993 sophomore album, God Shuffled His Feet, was certified Platinum in Australia. It featured the international hit single Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm, which stayed at #1 for three weeks, as well as the singles Afternoons & Coffeespoons, Swimming in Your Ocean and the title track, God Shuffled His Feet.
The band is set to perform the album alongside other fan favourites like Superman’s Song, The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead and more.
Formed in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the late eighties, Crash Test Dummies released eight studio albums between 1991 and 2010. The original line-up of Brad Roberts, Ellen Reid, Dan Roberts and Mitch Dorge reunited in 2017 and have been touring together since.
