Perth born/New York based artist, Cameron Avery, releases his new single Wasted On Fidelity from his highly anticipated solo album Ripe Dreams, Pipe Dreams. With a run of shows across the country, including a jet over to play at South By Southwest 2017, he will treat audiences to new material with support from Slow Dancer and Boat Show.
Having lived in Los Angeles for the past two years and working Jonathan Wilson, (American Musician and Producer), Avery explains the inspiration for the album, saying he began to take every opportunity that came along and LA is one of the best places to do so; He also adds “..But the pipe dream, the underlying theme of the album, if you really listen, is that all I really want is to have someone in my life and to be in love.” (you have to admit that is very sweet).
The C’est Toi Tour kicks off this Saturday, January 14 in Perth at the Fremantle Arts Centre Courtyard, tickets are still available from Oztix; for Melbourne and Sydney tickets are available from Eventsbrite.
