Bootleg Rascal share taste of summer with new single and national tour
Gold Coast-based act Bootleg Rascal have released their latest single, Drip Your Love, featuring South Summit‘s Zaya, along with news of a 2025 national tour and festival, Booty Block Party.
With shows in Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart, Brisbane, and Canberra, the band will hit the stage in Perth at Port Beach Brewery on Saturday, March 15. They will be joined on tour by Danté Knows, Dear Sunday, and Tasman Keith.
Produced by Caleb Tasker and mixed by Ian Pritchett, Drip Your Love captures the essence of laid-back Australian summers.
“It’s long, hot summer days spent by the pool sipping ice-cold, extra-strong, homemade margies,” guitarist Jimmy Young said. “It’s summer lovin’ just the way Olivia and John boy would want it.”
Since forming in 2012, Bootleg Rascal have received global recognition for their albums Sloppy Seconds (2021), Anónimo (2018) and Asleep in the Machine (2016). The band has performed worldwide with sold-out headline shows, also appearing at major Australian festivals including Falls Festival, Big Pineapple Festival and Lost Paradise.
